An Early Grave for Unknown Soldier

The Vertigo title will be canceled after issue #25, disappointing many hardcore fans.

Many feared that the new regime at DC could lead to some changes at Vertigo, and with Vertigo’s Air being canceled a few days ago, and Unknown Soldier getting the ax today, those changes might be coming to pass. Vertigo has allowed comparatively low selling books to survive because their trades do well in bookstores, and their comics are great for movie options, but new management at DC might not be so forward thinking, according to Rich Johnston at Bleeding Cool. We’ll keep you appraised.
