Gotta love the new Gwenpool #25 cover. Anyone with a keen eye will notice that pool and lounge chair right away. Gwenpool “first appeared” on the cover of Deadpool’s Secret Secret Wars #2 laying down sipping on her drink. Now she’s had enough of that floatation device and is sitting on her on comic books. Great stuff here from cover artist Gurihiru.
Lockjaw #1 will possibility introduce new family members (characters) of Lockjaw to Marvel readers. This number one issue is brought to you by writer Daniel Kibblesmith and artist Carlos Villa.
In the new All-New Wolverine #31 this Wednesday, Gabby will discover something shocking about her past that will send her right into the arms of Deadpool. Writer Tom Taylor and artist Marco Failla bring us this tale.
For all of those still on the Cosmic Ghost Rider train, Thanos #16 will feature the origin of CGR. How far will this character go is anyone’s guess.
X-Men: Blue #22 continues the Venom storyline; Poison X part 4. Now all of the X-Men are in the form of the alien symbiotes. Oh what fun!
Peter Parker The Spectacular Spider-Man #300 is an oversized anniversary issue. Creators Chip Zdarsky and Adam Kubert.

InvestComics Indie Hot Picks; Indie comics do not always show up on Ebay right way. Please check back on a regular basis, some of the smaller print indie books usually list after new comic book release day or a few days after.
Back in 80’s, Marvel had an imprint line called Epic Comics. They managed to crank out some great books. Six From Sirius, Dreadstar, Void Indigo, Alien Legion, just to name a few. In 1985, a six issue mini-series was a bit ahead of its time. It was named “The One”. It was created by Rick Veitch. Rick took care of the writing, penciling, inking, coloring, lettering and the cover art for all six issues. Yes, this was Rick’s baby and he took care of her. Now this week, IDW Publishing will be remastering this masterpiece. Check out The One #1 and see if you’re not riveted.
Black Mask is one of those publishing companies InvestComics speaks about all the time. We speak about them in regards to their great content and their uncanny ability to sell out debut books on a regular basis. Look for that to happen with their new release this week; The Wilds #1. Creators Vita Ayala and Emily Pearson.
