Trending Comics, Best Cover Art, Trending Collectibles And MORE #633

The Flash #756 – New villain Paradox is finally defeated, and this issue deals with the aftermath. He’ll be back eventually. It was the best villain for Flash in some time. InvestComics is bullish on the Paradox character and his first appearance is in Flash #88.
Empyre #0 – Marvel’s new epic storyline is finally here. It starts with this zero issue from creators Al Ewing and Pepe Larraz.
Batman #93 – Batman’s final faceoff against the Designer happens here. The new Batman villain has gotten a bit lost in the mix because of the recent arrival of Punchline. His first full appearance was in Batman #90. A variant cover also gives fans the first(?) cover with Designer on it.
Batman Smile Killer #1 – A new DC Black Label book from creators Jeff Lemire and Andrea Sorrentino. These Black Label imprints are a welcome addition for the DC readers. Always edge provoking material from top tier talents.

Green Lantern 80th Anniversary 100 Page Super Spectacular #1 – 100 pages of Green Lantern greatness, celebrating 80 years of the Lantern. Check out some reprint material and new material within these pages. As always with these giant books, be ready for a possible first appearance or a surprise no one was expecting.
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles Jennika #3 – Jennika continues in her “Wolverine” like limited series. InvestComics says the comparison to Wolverine is an obvious one. Jennika has claws and is starring in a ninja tale, not samurai, but close enough, that will span 4 issues. Also, this is early origin background to a potentially bigger character down the line. InvestComics says to check these comics out. The series is written and drawn by Brahm Revel.
Dead Body Road Bad Blood #1 – New Image Comics series from Justin Jordan, Mat Lopes, and Ben Tiesma.
Red Hood Outlaw #46 – Is Darkseid on his way? Will he make an appearance here? One of, if not DC’s most powerful villain may make an appearance here. This is a pure guess here as DC’s tease says “we know better than to say his name out loud”. Darkseid?? Hopefully so. Creators Scott Lobell and Paulo Pantalena.
Mirka Andolfos Mercy #3 – The first two issues sold out. Image Comics and Mirka Andolfo have a hit on their hands.
