Midnight, Mass Picked Up By NBC
The short-lived Vertigo comics series has been picked up as a television show by NBC after a long period of courting.
The 2002 comic lasted for only eight issues, but since then, Midnight, Mass, by John Rozum, has been a property of great interest to Warner Bros., with more than twelve producers attempting to develop the comic into a show. The comic focused on the events of a small coastal town in Massachusettes (GET IT? MIDNIGHT, MASS?!), and the show could end up with a vibe similar to the X-Files or Fringe.
