Remember, the price realized for a consigned item is only as good as the net to you. While other auction sites charge as much as 20% to the buyer with an additional 20% to the seller netting you 60% of the true selling price, we have maintained a policy that nets you 90% of the hammer price with only 10% buyers commission. In addition, there is always a reasonable reserve on your items so you can never be shortchanged. As consignors, do not compromise the reserve on your treasured items in exchange for a few points on the consignor’s commission.
