Angelina Kills Wanted Sequel

A planned sequel for the movie Wanted has been scrapped as Angelina Jolie will not be returning to her role.

Though Universal had been planning on producing a sequel to Wanted, the movie adaptation of the Mark Millar comic book, it appears as if they have now decided to scrap those plans. Jolie was originally booked to reprise her role, but she dropped out when she followed another upcoming Universal project, Gravity, to Warner Bros when Universal dropped it. As a result, Universal has decided to drop the movie entirely rather than recast.
