Another Piece of the Spider-Man Puzzle

We recieved another "The Year of Spider-Man Is 2010" teaser from Marvel today, revealing more puzzle pieces.

Yesterday, we recieved a mysterious image from Marvel showing some puzzle pieces featuring Spiderman. The teaser was titled "The Year of Spider-Man is 2010." Here it is below:

Today, we recieved another, showing more pieces of the puzzle:

This one shows an unmasked Spider-Man, as well as what appears to be Peter Parker kissing Mary Jane, as well as a little bit of The Lizard. What does it all mean? Are the images meant to fit together (there is a row of pieces missing between them still, it appears)? What do you think, loyal readers?
