Captain America Reborn Top Seller for July
The return of Steve Rogers in Captain America: Reborn #1 helps take the number one spot for the month of July!
According to Diamond’s July 2009 sales charts , Captain America: Reborn, Ed Brubaker’s book featuring the return of the recently deceased Steve Rogers was the number one selling book last month, beating out DC’s Blackest Night #1 for the top spot.
Marvel was also the number one publisher, with 42% of the market share.
Brubaker had another spot on the top ten list with Captain America #600 at number 9, while Green Lantern #43 and #44, Blacket Night tie-ins, took the 4th and 5th spots respectively.
