Jeff Lemire and Superboy!
Kon-El gets a new ongoing series, written by Jeff (Sweet Tooth) Lemire.
I don’t know about you, but I was really enjoying Superboy’s run in Adventure Comics, and was pretty bummed out when he was taken out of the book. But worry not! Superboy is getting a new ongoing written by Jeff Lemire and drawn by Pier Gallo!
It’s going to be a new title, but will actually begin in a one-off co-feature in Action Comics #892 this August.
Lemire of course is just breaking into the DCU after being a successful indie type, and is writing the Atom back-ups in Adventure. It’s going to be odd seeing him work with superheroes, but I can’t wait!
