Marvel News from Diamond Summit: Fall of the Hulk, Doom War, and Second Coming!

Marvel announced plans for several mini events, including Doom War, a Second Coming for the X-Men, and the Fall of the Hulks!

The news keeps rolling out of Diamond Retailers Summit, with Marvel announcing plans for several "family style" crossovers, short events taking place within a character family’s corner of the Marvel Universe.

The first of these events, Fall of the Hulks, will be spearheaded by Jeph Loeb in the beginning of the year, leading into the big World War Hulks storyline in the spring.

In the X-Universe, Second Coming will finally bring the Messiah Complex/War trilogy to an end, with Cable and Hope, the first mutant child born since M-Day, returning to the current timeline.

Finally, Doom War will be a miniseries written by Jonathan Maberry, in which the enemies of Doctor Doom, including but not limited to the Black Panther, the Fantastic Four, and the X-Men will declare war on Doom and his nation of Latveria.
