DC share the cover to Outsiders #27, from Dan DiDio and Philip Tan, but there are no Outsiders to be seen!

The DCU Source blog has posted the cover to The Outsiders #27, from the new creative team of DC boss-man Dan DiDio and Batman and Robin artist Philip Tan, have a gander:

It looks pretty good, but there’s no Outsiders on here! The source describes these characters as Mudslide and Dust Devil, and implies that they are villains. So still no answers on who the hizzle is actually on the new team. Oh well.
