Second Half of Captain America Film Will Focus on Invaders

Director Joe Johnston reveals that the Invaders will be featured prominently in the second half of the upcoming movie.

We’re still waiting on important information about Captain America: The First Avenger, like, oh, we don’t know, the CASTING!!! However, we have learned that the second half of ht emovie will feature The Invaders, the throwback team of Golden Age heroes that joined Cap in facing down the Nazis in World War 2 in Marvel continuity. There’s no word yet on which heroes will be a part of the Invaders, but we can assume that the entire movie will be set in the World War 2 time period, wih the first half dealing with Cap’s origin, and the second half dealing with fighting in the war.
