Spidey Fail?

I would like to know the story behind this image.

{nomultithumb}Here’s something you don’t see everyday.  The picture is pretty wacky but I’ve always thought this would make sense if Spider-mans’s powers were…more accurate.  Thank goodness he doesn’t have this type of organic webbing.  921176-fail_owned_spiderman_fail_super.jpg

The image was posted at Fail Blog.   It times like this I wish I how to read other languages french.  Does this need to be on the front page or posted in the news?  Well, propably not, I posted this so others can help me translate this WTF image, and for all of you to get a laugh outta this.   So, thoughts on this?
