The WWE PPV Prediction Game Thread (Winner gets a prize!): Wrestlemania XXVI

The PPV Prediction Game on the Outhouse forums kicks into high gear for Wrestlemania! Find out how you can play!

Here is the info straight from gamesmaster and Wrasslin’ Fan writer Syxxpakk on the forums:

This is going to be a legit contest and at the end of the year, after the final WWE PPV, someone will win a prize (like a free WWE DVD or something).

All you have to do is predict who wins the announced matches on PPV. Below are the scoring rules!

1. Accurately predict winner, get a point.

2. Inaccurately predict winner, get nothing.

3. If a match is added during the PPV, don’t worry – it will have no effect on the standings.

4. If a match is modified during the PPV to include more people – all predictions will be thrown out regardless of outcome.

5. If a match is modified during the PPV to include stipulations – all predictions will be kept.

6. You get ONE prediction post. Any post w/ predictions will be
invalidated if the "Edited by" option shows up [meaning, it won’t count
toward your total].

7. You cannot begin predicting until "Prediction Time" is announced.

8. You can predict up until 8:00 PM EST (the standard starting time
for WWE PPVs) on the day of the PPV. Any post AFTER 8:00 PM EST will
not count.

9. Scores for each PPV will carry over to the next month, with the winner being whomever has the most points at the end.

10. In the unlikely event that I (syxxpakk) win, 2nd place gets the prize.

11. You may only predict ONE WINNER in multiple person matches. (Added 2/21/10)

12. Picking more than one winner in a multiple person match will invalidate that prediction. (Added 2/21/10).

13. You may PM your predictions beginning on the day of the RAW
prior to the PPV if you will not be present during the prediction
period with the caveat that after you have PMed your predictions, they cannot be altered at any time regardless of whether not the prediction period is still open. (Added 3/22/10).

If you change your Outhouse forum name during the course of the contest, please let me know ASAP!

ELIMINATION CHAMBER PREDICTION THOUGHTS:

The fact that only four matches were announced beforehand gave this
round a slow start. Add to it that one of the matches was modified to
add more participating (nullifying its prediction) and the highest
score you could net in the opening round was a 3. Unfortunately, ALL OF
US were shocked to see John Cena walk away with the WWE Title (if he
did ultimately lose it to Batista almost immediately). Tonight was an
awkward start to the game if anything and I can only hope that
Wrestlemania XXVI works out better. See you then!

To participate, all you need to do is register for an account on the Outhouse, which takes only seconds! Then you can join in the prediction fun. So far, the highest anyone has is a 2 point lead from the first round in the Elimination Chamber PPV, so it’s still anybody’s game, even if you get in late!
