Zac Efron is Spider-Man?!
Rumors are swirling that Zac Efron may take over the Spider-Man role in the rebooted franchise… and High School Musical co-star Vanessa Hudgens may join him!
The UK Hollywood rumor magazine OK is reporting that Zac Efron has accepted the role of Peter Parker for nine million pounds (this reporter can’t be bothered to translate this to dollars). Efron is most famous for his role in Disney’s High School Musical. In fact, the magazine is also reporting that Zac’s High School Musical co-star, Vanessa Hudgens, famous for appearing in nude photographs available at WWTDD , will join him in the franchise, presumably as Mary Jane. According to OK, the studio hopes to capture a new demographic of fans by including hip young stars in the franchise. Of course, OK Magazine is a gossip magazine, so this must be treated as a rumor, for now.
