Bryan Singer No Longer Directing X-Men First Class

Due to other obligations, Singer has been forced to step down from the director’s chair and will only produce the movie.

Just a week after Bryan Singer, the director of the first two X-Men movies, spoke about his plans for the franchise, news has broken that he will not be directing X-Men: First Class as originally planned. Due to other obligations, such as a need to begin filming on Jack the Giant Killer, a retelling of Jack and the Beanstalk. Fox is looking into other directors.
