Green Lantern Villain Cast: Peter Sarsgaard is Dr. Hector Hammond!

The True Blood star will play Dr. Hector Hammond in Warner Bros.’ upcoming Green Lantern movie!

Green Lantern starts filming in March, and all of the pieces are falling into place. Fanboy dreamboat Ryan Reynolds is playing Hal Jordan, Gossip Girl starlet Blake Lively will play love interest Carol Ferris, and now Peter Sarsgaard, famous for playing the vampire Erik in HBO’s True Blood, will play the psychic-powered villain: Dr. Hector Hammond.
