New Marvel Event: The Shadowland
Artist Billy Tan lets slip that he’s working on a new Event to come in 2010 based around Marvel’s street-level heroes.
Billy Tan was in attendance at this weekend’s Mini-MegaCon, and when Newsarama asked him what he was working on, he not only discussed Dark Reign: The List – Daredevil and Thor, but also that he’s working on a new Event! After confirming with Marvel, Newsarama posted that:
After that, he will be working on an event called âThe Shadowland,â
which Tan said will involve the street-level characters in the Marvel
Universe. That event is scheduled for 2010.
Now I know we’ve all got event-fatigue, but from the sound of things, this will be different, focusing only on the Street-level characters will make things tighter and more interesting. There have been rumours of something like this going round for a while, and now we have confirmation!
So who will be involved? Daredevil? Iron Fist? Spider-Man? Punisher? And which writers? Who knows in The Shadowland?
