Please note: New comic book releases and all items are subject to change.

Punchline Special #1 – The first of many Punchline number one issues to exist. DC Comics has high hopes for this character, even if the initial frenzy has died down some. They’ll keep pushing this character until we’re all sick of her. She’ll then appear on some cartoon and the frenzy starts all over again. Then one of these specials will have the first appearance in correlation with the cartoon and again, frenzy. See how this all works?
Strange Academy #5 – The series InvestComics first called months ago before the pandemic started continues to gain interest. Others jumped on board thereafter claiming this was a fantastic speculation book.
Wolverine #7 – The Phoenix Avengers (probably not their real name) are coming and various Avengers are first appearing on covers everywhere. This cover features Wolverine Phoenix. If one of these new upgraded characters sticks and moves on to greener pastures, their first appearance will be a cover.
Superman #27 – This issue dives into the origins of the new villain Synmar. Superman ventures into a new universe. The speculation side hits fantastically with this all-black cover. The key fun thing to do here is to find that elusive 10.0 graded copy. Maybe even a 9.8. Good luck!
Detective Comics #1030 – New villain, Ghost-Maker, making his second appearance.

The Amazing Spider-Man #52 – If you’re a social media person, you will know by now that something big is about to occur within the pages of the Amazing Spider-Man series. It looks as though it has already begun, but this particular comic is bringing the Kindred villain to another level. Is this the true beginning of what is to come as far as the major development? Tune in.
Dark Nights Death Metal – Infinite Hours Exxxtreme! #1 – This Death Metal stuff, it seems to be going on and on. New number one issues every single week. Hey, as long as there are good stories being told and art, why the hell not? The once fan favorite in the 90’s, Lobo heads this one up. Would you believe us if we told you that Lobo was as big a character in the DC Universe as anyone back in the 90’s?
Taskmaster #1 – The Black Widow movie has moved this C rated villain out of the doldrums to front and center. Writer Jed Mackay and artist Alessandro Vitti.
Girl – DC Comics collects the original series from the 90’s from Peter Milligan and Duncan Fegredo.
Kamen America Stars & Strife One Shot – A sold out comic from Antarctic Press. American style clashes with Anime-style here. This crowdfunded comic is now available for all masses. Writers Mark Pellegrini and Timothy Lim. Art from Timothy Lim.

The Recount #1 – With all of the drama occurring in the current election cycle, how perfect we get a comic named The Recount? The comic story itself deals with the possible outcome of the election. Civil war, conspiracies, assassination, this one has it all! Including an amazing Scarface homage cover from Bryan Silverbax. From Scout Comics; writer Jonathan Hedrick and artist Gabriel Ibarra Nunez.
Kick-Ass Vs. Hit-Girl #1 – Who doesn’t love a comic book fight? This comic has instant classic all over it. Writer Steve Niles and pencils by Marcelo Frusin.
Power Rangers #1 – Last week the new Mighty Morphin Rangers were introduced, this week a new Power Rangers team is introduced. The Power Rangers universe is in expansion mode again.
Marvel Action Chillers #1 – The first time Ironheart and Doctor Strange appear in a team-up comic. Writer Jeremy Whitley.
Children Of The Grave #1 – Another debut comic from Scout Comics. Writers Sam Romesburg and Ben Roberts. Artist Gioele Filippo.
American Ronin #2 – Fans loved the first issue, sold out. A new hit series in the making from AWA Publishing continues. Writer Peter Milligan and artist Aco.
